What you buy
Your invoice identifies the plan, its price and the 30-day paid access period. Discosearch provides marketplace notifications and the features described for the selected plan. It does not buy, reserve or sell records, and cannot guarantee listing availability, delivery eligibility or a successful purchase. Discosearch is independent of Discogs and Telegram.
One-time and recurring billing
Website crypto purchases are one-time payments. Inside Telegram, Stars may offer a one-time purchase or an explicitly selected recurring subscription charging the displayed Stars amount every 30 days. Recurring billing is not preselected. Cancel future renewals using the bot's subscription controls or request help through /paysupport. Cancellation normally leaves already-paid access in place until the end of its period.
Crypto payments
Use only the invoice's exact asset, network, address and amount. BTC means Bitcoin mainnet; ETH means Ethereum mainnet; USDC must be sent on the Ethereum or Base network specified by that invoice. Wallet/network fees are separate. Do not pay expired invoices. Underpayments, late payments and unsupported assets may require support review and do not automatically grant access.
Refunds
Confirmed crypto purchases are final: there are no discretionary change-of-mind refunds. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, remedies for failed or defective service, duplicate payments or other refunds required by applicable law.
Telegram Stars purchases can be refunded using Telegram's refund mechanism. Contact /paysupport so the transaction, account and any already-consumed credits can be checked. A support request is not an automatic refund, and an unconfirmed refund is not reported as completed.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, they remain available for the applicable period; qualifying EU distance service contracts generally have a 14-day period from conclusion. Starting service does not by itself waive those rights. Contact support to request withdrawal or a remedy. Mandatory law takes precedence over this policy.
A confirmed refund reverses the corresponding paid access or purchased credits. Independent purchases are not revoked just because another purchase was refunded, and access is not revoked merely for requesting help. Crypto refunds, where required or agreed, are handled manually from the owner wallet; the server has no spending key.
Service, support and changes
Polling, queues, network availability and upstream services affect notification timing. History and shipping checks can be unavailable or inconclusive. There is no guaranteed within-seconds delivery or guaranteed bargain. Mandatory remedies for non-delivery or defective service remain available.
Use /support for product issues, /paysupport for payment issues, or the email above. Include the invoice or purchase reference, never credentials or a wallet recovery phrase. Changes to future prices or terms do not retroactively alter completed one-time purchases.
